I've started a new project following a new teacher.  It's a lot more difficult than anything I've ever done.  More advanced, plus the teacher never speaks, you just follow along.  We will see how it turns out!!

A friend slept over last night and we decided to do a YouTube wine a canvas. It took us a few days, but we got it done!!!  First class was just the background.

I'm ready for Spring

I desperately needed some spring and creativity in my life.  There is nothing like putting on some music, singing and painting.

Day 9- Favorite show

Wow slacker here!  Just now finishing day 9.  I guess I never did say I would do it all in January.  I just said I'd finish it all.

Anyways... day 9- favorite TV show: Doctor Who of course.  Keep it simple.  Keep it fun.  Just do it!

Drawing Challenge Day 8

Day 8- Draw your favorite animated character.  

So I have been learning a lot through this already.  Sometimes, I'm just learning that one month I'm going to need to do a certain challenge.  I just added an anime drawing challenge to that list because I need to learn 😂

Though I don't have a single favorite character, I tend to go for the soft hearted princess types.  One of my favorite characters is Kahoko Hino from La Corda d'Oro.  

Keep it simple, keep it fun, just do it!

 

 

CATCH UP DAY! Drawing challenge Day 6 &7

So I know y'all understand that life gets busy, in fact, we weren't home almost all day yesterday!  Today I played some catch-up.  I haven't done day 8 yet, still trying to decide who my favorite animated character is 😂

Day 6- Favorite book- pride and prejudice.  I could have easily focused less on a realistic book and more on the cover, but the cover was a little out of my league.  This was a great tutorial even though it is silent.  Also, I decided next month's challenge will be lettering!  My handwriting needs help!  https://youtu.be/8KtIFIRG9bc
